Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We are excited to offer free shipping on ground orders over $200 within the Continental U.S.

How long will it take for my order to arrive in the Continental U.S.?
1) Ground Shipping – (7-10 Business Days)
2) Express Shipping – (2-3 Business Days)

All orders with the exception of gift cards shipping within the Continental U.S will ship FedEx. Gift cards ship via USPS. Express orders must be received by 10:00 AM PST in order to ship that day. Please note, that these shipping times are estimates and Bandon Dunes cannot guarantee timely delivery once an order has left Bandon Dunes' property.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships you will receive an automated email with a tracking number.

I purchased an item that is shipped directly from the manufacturer. How long will it take to arrive?

Orders that are shipped directly from the manufacturer vary on shipping times. Please note the product listing to check estimated manufacturing and shipping times.

I think my order was lost.

International 

We are proud to offer shipping to 10 different international destinations. At checkout, customers can choose between USPS Priority Mail International, which takes 6-12 business days*, and USPS Express Mail International, which takes 4-6 business days. Please note, however, that these shipping times are estimates and Bandon Dunes cannot guarantee the timely delivery of international orders once an order has left Bandon Dunes' property.

Please note: 

The local customs department may impose taxes and duties once the package reaches its final destination. The customer is responsible for any taxes or duties applied to the order. Any additional fees are not included in the base shipping rate billed at checkout. These fees are subject to change and may vary depending on where the package is shipping to. Please check with your local postal service to learn about any additional fees prior to placing an order.
