Pick up in Store

The Bandon Dunes online store is excited to offer in-store pickup for items fulfilled from the resort. Below are the details you need to know when placing an order that you plan to pick up.

Q: What items are eligible for in-store pickup? 

A: Only items fulfilled from the Resort are available for local pickup. Items fulfilled from the Resort have the following note below the "Add to Cart" button: "Pickup available at Bandon Dunes Golf Shop". If this message is not visible on the product, then it is not eligible for in-store pickup. 

Q: How do I purchase an item that is not fulfilled from the Resort? 

A: Items that are drop shipped will need to be purchased on a separate order. 

Process for placing an order:

  1. Add the desired items to the shopping cart. 
  2. Once in checkout, select “Pick up”. This will automatically waive the shipping fee.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email with no shipping address.
  4. Delivery Location: All orders, with the exception of special requests, will be delivered to the Bandon Dunes Golf Shop within 24 hours or the following business day if placed on the weekend or a major holiday. The online store does not deliver after 5 pm or on the weekend. 
  5. You will receive an automated email once the order has been delivered to the Bandon Dunes Golf Shop.
  6. You will need to either provide an ID that matches the name on the order or the confirmation email. The order number is located in the subject line and should match the packing slip that the golf shop has attached to the order.
